Ezekiel 16:32

"But as a wife that committeth adultery, which taketh strangers instead of her husband!"

Again, clearly adultery is stated to be that of a married woman taking strangers into her bed instead of her husband. Both the stranger and the married woman who is not his wife are guilty of adultery.
